MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH NEW SAN JOSE BUILDERS, INC. AND MS ANDREA PEREZ
Purchasing a property from New San Jose Builders has been a terrible experience. Here is my story.
My name is Gabriel Dubois, and I reside in Dubai. I decided to invest in a condominium at Fort Victoria BGC Taguig, developed by New San Jose Builders Inc., drawn by an attractive price and the opportunity to diversify my real estate portfolio.
Regrettably, this has turned out to be the most distressing experience I have ever encountered in real estate. To date, I have not received the title deed for my property, even though I purchased the unit over six years ago. Despite paying the developer fees for processing the title deed, there has been no progress.
The person responsible for the title transfer is Ms. Andrea Perez, who, in my opinion, is among the least competent individuals I have ever dealt with. Over the past six years, she has consistently ignored the real estate agent managing the transfer.
I once managed to secure a phone call with her during which she promised that the transfer of the title deed would be processed within one year. When I asked if she would accept a penalty should it not be processed on time, she refused, stating that the company is chronically delayed in these matters and that this delay is standard for all property owners. According to Ms. Andrea Perez, anyone purchasing a property from New San Jose Builders Inc. should expect a similar wait time to receive their title deed.
After checking their reviews online, it's evident that many people are dissatisfied with New San Jose Builders Inc's performance. Some individuals have been waiting for their title deeds for more than 10 years.
